The Amflow PR Carbon Pro is a carbon e‑MTB designed for riders who demand precision, stiffness, and a natural electric assist. Its high‑modulus carbon frame, progressive suspension kinematics, and compact high‑torque motor work together to deliver a stable, responsive, and controlled ride across any type of trail.

High‑Modulus Carbon Frame

The full carbon frame uses a differentiated layup to ensure:

  • high torsional stiffness in technical sections

  • controlled vibration absorption

  • low weight and immediate riding response

The front triangle houses the vertically mounted battery, protected by an anti‑torsion shell. Cable routing is fully internal, with dedicated channels that eliminate noise and interference.

Motor and Assistance System

The Amflow PR Carbon Pro features a compact high‑torque motor with:

  • multiple sensors (torque, cadence, wheel speed)

  • smooth and natural power delivery

  • active thermal management for consistent performance

  • high‑density battery with an advanced BMS

Kinematics and Suspension

The progressive compression curve provides initial sensitivity, mid‑stroke support, and end‑stroke protection.

The Avinox M2S motor unit has a nominal power of 250 W, with peak output reaching up to 1500 W in Trail, Turbo, Auto, and Boost modes, and a maximum torque of 150 N·m in Boost mode. Compared to the Avinox M1 (1000 W peak power, 120 N·m maximum torque), power and torque increase by approximately 45.9% and 21.6% respectively. Actual output performance may vary depending on usage scenarios, riding modes, and system conditions.

Data for Avinox were measured in a quiet, open indoor environment using a binaural microphone positioned at an axial distance of 0.1 m and a height of 1.5 m.

When used as an external battery, due to frame size limitations, the Avinox RS600 battery is compatible only with sizes L, XL, and XXL for the Amflow PR Carbon, and with sizes XL and XXL for the Amflow PR Carbon Pro. Sold separately. Additional configurations will be available later.

The bike offers five headset angle settings, two bottom bracket height settings, and four chainstay length settings. Riders can combine these adjustments according to different riding styles and terrain conditions. Theoretically, these parameters can produce up to 40 geometric configurations. The actual adjustment range and its practical effects depend on real-world use.

Apple Find My is available exclusively on Amflow PR models, enabling location tracking without relying on a 4G network.
